Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made well in advance may be partially refundable based on supplier terms. Last-minute cancellations are usually non-refundable due to hotel and transport commitments.

Changes and Rescheduling

We do our best to accommodate date and itinerary changes, subject to availability and supplier conditions. Additional costs may apply when services are rebooked.

Travel Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for passport validity, visa requirements, insurance, and health-related documentation. We provide guidance but final compliance remains the traveler's responsibility.
